"There was very little documentation at the time. A lot of knowledge was either at the team level—where teams were small so everyone kind of knew what they needed to know—but obviously we knew that was not going to scale.”

The company needed a platform that would not only consolidate their existing documentation but also grow with them as they scaled. They wanted something that was simple to use yet powerful enough to handle their complex needs as a fintech company.

The implementation was swift and comprehensive, with Upvest rolling out Slite across their entire organization. They structured their knowledge base around team channels, with designated "knowledge champions" responsible for maintaining and updating documentation within their respective domains.

The company is looking forward to implementing new features like the Chrome extension to further streamline access to information, and they continue to evolve their knowledge management practices to support their growing team.
